Implementation:

The eLearning software is already developed. Licensing has been donated for the usage and universal overall development. Academic accredited content is available from several sources, including both the governmental and the private sector. While content is currently being added to the software, new sources are continually being cultivated and developed.
With the help of donations, gifts, acknowledgements, media support and sponsorship, Mabuhay eLearning will help develop community learning centers and help establish subsidized internet access for all that wish to apply.

Charter associations are actively supported. This provision allows an individual, a corporate sponsorship and/or a community to develop their own learning centers as a Mabuhay eLearning extended project. All funding for these charters with be first directed solely to Mabuhay eLearning Inc. and then redistributed back to each chapter for their documented expenses. The integrity of the non-profit status of Mabuhay eLearning will be strictly adhered to and governed.
